Troy Norrell
Owner, President, Norcal Engineering

 Troy is one of the founding members of the Board of Directors.  Since 2000 he has been instrumental in the growth and expansion of our organization.  He brings 34 years of business experience, 21 years of which, he has owned his own company, Norcal Engineering, a geotechnical engineering company. 

Troy currently serves as Opportunity Schools' Board Vice President, chairs the financial committee, and is highly involved in our fund development efforts, especially the annual golf tournament which he Co-Chairs.  He is a well-respected businessman and philanthropist.
